Summary

Four and a half years at Grupo Energisa's fintech. Here I became senior by responsibility, not by title. Financial product teaches you fast that wrong UI costs real money, and that became the ruler: every state, every error, every validation thought through for production. Technical leadership without a formal title: the standard came from example, not the title.

What I did

• Technical leadership of the Adimplência product (web + mobile) for 4 years across the entire cycle
• End-to-end credit contracting journey architecture: multistep, validations, integration with regulated banking systems
• BackOffices for pricing and credit scoring: interface for risk decisions in financial production
• React Native app for the end customer (simulations, receipts, compliance control)
• Componentization and testing standards that sustained the codebase over the long term
• Chatbot flows on the Blip platform: automated customer service and communication
• Design system consolidated across web and mobile; optimized REST and GraphQL integrations

Takeaways

Financial product teaches you that wrong UI costs real money. Every poorly done loading state, every generic error message, every weak validation becomes a support ticket and churn. I took on the obsession with state, feedback and edge cases.
