Summary

Transition from agency to product. I prototyped in Figma in the morning and implemented in React in the afternoon, the bridge between design and code every day. The key shift here was to stop thinking like an advertising piece and start thinking like an interface someone uses to work 8 hours. Backoffice is where design matters MORE, not less.

What I did

• Logistics BackOffice for the group: forms, approval flows and internal control
• Prototyping in Figma + visual pieces in Photoshop, React implementation the next day
• Strategic landing pages for lead capture
• Institutional site for the group (front + light CMS)

Takeaways

Backoffice is where design matters MORE, not less. Those who spend 8 hours looking at a table deserve a good interface. I took that to Invillia and Voltz.
